It's not what i was expecting.

They really found the most beautiful and interesting angles of the Earth for this extension – and a lot of them. Seeing Earth like this gives an amazing picture of how both humans and nature build impressive structures that are strangely similar to each other. And the design of the interface of the extension only compliments it. It is elegant and minimalistic and doesn't steal the focus from the picture. Yet there are some pretty rad features all presented neatly. Here are som of my favourites: - seeing the location of the picture on a small, stylised globe, which open it in Google Maps when clicked. - Going back to the last few photos, which is nice, if you want to look closer at one you closed earlier. - Save photos as files – I some times use them as desktop backgrounds or as placeholder in some graphic work. - And there's a button to show the default new tab and web apps, if you miss the old features. It could be cool if they would experiment with some content on top of the photo like bookbarks, recently used pages or similar, but that would take it in new directions, and for what it is now, it's one of my dearest extensions.
