Действительно полезная штука. ТО что русского нет - ерунда. Там половина слов термины которые и переводить то нет смысла. А так ресайзинг хрома под заданные размеры, просмотр элементов, ссылок, блоков, редактирование css на лету, просмотр/редактирование/блокировка почти любых вэб элементов: стили, скрипты, куки, формы, картинки. Короче маст хэв.
