切换到下一个视频后还是上一个视频的字幕。经过尝试之后发现，如果是分集视频点击下一首是不会同步识别的。需要f5刷新页面才会重新加载正确的字幕。

Very good idea! However, when I watch the English video, it only shows Chinese captions. I want English captions only. Also, I cannot find any Time Offset option. It would be helpful to add that feature. 产品很棒！不过，当我观看英文视频时，只显示中文字幕，而我只需要英文字幕。另外，我没有找到时间偏移（Time Offset）选项，有的视频字幕时间对不上，建议增加这一功能。
