Of the dozen or so that I have tried, I will put this one at the top any day. It does what it does as good as any and it costs nothing to get that done.
Best of its type! I would love to buy premium,. but it isn't obvious how. One cool feature would be to do vid capture too for simple click throughs.

I am using this to help me prepare for my AWS Cloud Solutions Architect exam, and have found it works well for capturing specific areas of screen and cutting out the unwanted content, so the area you need is best size possible. Less eye strain!
