📢 February 2026: Chrome 145 has a bug that causes problems with tab group operations (collapse and modify title). This bug will be fixed in Chrome 146. This is a Chrome bug, not an extension bug. All browser extensions with similar functionality are affected.
This extension lets you display and manage tabs vertically in the browser sidebar, supports light and dark themes and search functionality.
2023/12/21 Update: Support Tab Groups, including collapse/expand a group, drag and drop a group and context menu (i.e. right-click) on a group.
Two Ways to Open the Extension Sidebar:
1. Click the Extension icon. You need to "Pin" the extension to the browser toolbar.
2. Use shortcut keys. Please set it at "chrome://extensions/shortcuts" by yourself, the default is Alt+V .

It would be REALLY nice if dragging and dropping a tab could be improved so that if I hover / hold the drag over another tab, it creates a new tab group (like how it works in Microsoft Edge) - only thing missing! otherwise, great extension.

The best vertical tabs extension for Chrome! It would be cool to add a feature to hide default Chrome tabs.
算是目前最好用的垂直标签页拓展了，提个建议可以加入快捷键实现标签页上下滚动，定位到最顶部标签，最底部标签，类似于Vimium那种
希望能够自己调节侧边栏宽度，取消最低宽度限制
Savior of giant widescreen monitors and workstations everywhere. I have three 24" monitors, and the tab bar turns into a pain in the neck after that point. I like my vertical lists. I have a similar addon in Firefox as well, but this one is more simple and easy to use :D
I love the grouptab function, and I'm realizing that this will be a built-in function in chrome. As grouptab lover I want any new tab grouped in a default group, in order to have organization by default. Also would be awesome that some domains or URL that I open in my browser where grouped by default in predefined groups.
Why does it regularly UNPIN my pinned tabs?! 🤬 I'm very angry on it

Wastes about 2.5X more space than necessary = typical 'touch screen smart phone interface for tapping with your big toe' nonsense. Who makes a 'tabs list' with 'wide view' option & single spacing? Mail an answer to me at 'balkanguy (at) live (dot) com'.
