PROS: It is really awesome extension. As someone who is constantly working on different things and needs to open 3-6 tabs for each topic the features to group tab into different workspaces really comes in handy. Moreover, you can also group tabs as usual as it is in chrome and the grouping is well preserved while switching workspaces. Taking notes, To-Do list and sharing tabs feature are also really helpful. CONS: While we switch workspace it doesn't really close the other session (window). It just minimizes it in the background which won't open up even if you switch window. You'll have to manually close the window, which I feel should be worked upon. Rest I am really happy with it as it has helped me alot in keeping the tabs organized.

If you are a tab-junkie that has multple windows opened for your personal/work browsing, do yourself a favor and grab this extension. Keeping my tabs organized is actually a thing now. Be careful, though, the tab suspension thing doesn't seem to work. You just have to make sure you close out your workspace when you switch to another one, or Chrome will eat all of your memory. But pulling the closed workspace back up is simple enough and no work is lost, you just have to wait for each tab to refresh when you click on it again (because when you close the workspace the tabs ARE suspended, thus not stored in memory).

I am only giving a 1-star rating for the pricing structure. The extension itself is worth the other 4-stars. I only need the unlimited tab management and auto-save feature but for that I would have to pay a minimum of $7 per month which is overkill for just those two features and not needing all the rest. When they make a "light" package ($3-$4) that includes only unlimited tab management with autosave, (I don't need notes, teams, documents, or anything else) I will change the review to 5-stars for sure!

I am always in pursuit of better organization of my digital work environment. I stumbled upon a Video about Workona, and added the Chrome extension to test it out. Within 2-days I was in Uh Ohh mode of disbelief that I've finally found a great new tool. THEN I DISCOVERED the NOTES section. Yes, I'd like for it to have more features such as (1) Color Highlighting and (2) Mainly the ability to Copy graphics/Pics and simply paste them into a note. It's a Major drag having to upload it as a file. (3) Maybe I'm just impatient but it'd be nice to have an easier way to integrate a Google Calendar. PLEASE add those Features! GREAT Product!
