Simply add it to your browser, create an account, and select a mode of your choice: In 'Rewards mode,' you earn points by browsing the Internet as you usually would.
You can spend your Gener8 points on real-world rewards: exclusive deals, auctions, gift cards, free products, or even donate them to charity.
We also limit big tech from tracking you, reject annoying cookie banners, and block intrusive ads.
In Privacy Mode, you get all the benefits of Rewards Mode without earning points. Choose this mode if you'd like a completely private browsing experience.

It's real, my manager has got £5 already with it. The ads at the moment are all funded by them self so there are just pictures of animals etc. but when they get more popular hopefully they will be paid with real adds making the rewards better etc.
Think this extension is a brilliant idea and so far for me has worked perfectly!! I look forward to the expansion of offers in the marketplace, but even so far am very impressed with various offers and vouchers available (notably which are usually more significant even than student discount). Very exciting stuff and hasn't slowed down my computer at all.
Loving it! I am trying to get as many people as possible because at first I thought it was a scam, but there are actually a group of lovely people who are paying big money on a weekly basis to offer us these rewards. Just claimed a £5 coupon for Amazon and it's 100% legit. I'm just saving up now for a Kindle. They also have a charity section where you can donate your points as real-life money to your chosen charity. At the moment there are no ads, just lovely pictures of landscapes and cute pets such as pugs. I truly hope this becomes the next big thing.
Runs in the background and gets you tokens for vouchers, free money. My only criticism at this point would be the limited items in the marketplace but hopefully this will get better with time.
good concept and for sure the future
Great Idea. Loved using it. There is a lot of room for improvement though. The first one on the list should be speed.
Getting tokens quite quickly.
Out of all of these types of extensions, I find this one the best. It's lightweight, and I don't feel like I'm installing malware onto Chrome. It's discreet, and you get cute pugs.
I've been using this for a couple of weeks and have no complaints. I still use adblock on some sites (youtuibe) and gener8 just fills in the gaps on sites that aren't too in-your-face with the ads, like Reddit
I'm new to this and it seems an interesting concept. Tokens seem to mount up very fast. Chrome has slowed down a bit, not sure if it is Gener8 that is causing it or something else. Marketplace items run out literally before you can hit the button, hopefully this will change once things are up and running fully.
