The mobile app is great, but the chrome extension is the real hero. I had 10 tabs open on a complex research topic, and I just asked TwinMind to 'summarize these tabs' and it did. It's insane. This is my new research partner.
Otter's free plan is a joke now. I get more done with Twinmind's free plan than I ever did with Otter's paid one. Unlimited transcriptions is the key.
I'm a paralegal, and I use this for transcribing client intake calls. The accuracy is high enough for our files. And our managing partner approved it because the data stays on-device, so it respects attorney-client privilege.
I was so tired of explaining 'oh, that's just my Fathom bot' in every. single. meeting. It's so distracting. TwinMind is bot-free. It just runs on my phone or desktop. Nobody else even knows. It's so much more professional
Fathom is great , if you ONLY have meetings on Zoom and Only on your Laptop . I needed a mobile App . I record in person chats , phone calls .... TwinMind's android app is Perfect , Fathom just cant compete
Good extension for summarizing calls, but it doesn't work with Slack, and the Copy button gets hidden every time with the Share Participants pop-up. Need an improved UX for daily use.

I have 8 meetings a day. This app is the only way I can keep track of who agreed to what. The 'To-Do & AI Tasks' feature is amazing. It pulls all the action items right from the transcript so I dont miss anything
I'm a PHD Student and I use this to transcribe all my interviews . The accuracy is great, and the 'Daily Digest' feature actually helps me organise my research notes for the day. It's perfect for academia
