Update on Jan 28, 2024: Thank you for all your feedback. We have thoroughly reviewed everything received since January 1, 2024, including comments in the rating system, bug reports, and emails. Our team is diligently working on a new version to address these issues, and we’re committed to conducting extensive tests before its release. We appreciate your patience as we need a bit more time to ensure everything is perfect. Regarding the upcoming update, we’re focusing on three key improvements: 1. Enhancing the scanning feature: We’re aware of the need for a more robust and compatible scanner, especially for reading challenging QR codes. This upgrade aims to provide a more reliable experience. 2. Complying with Chrome Web Store's Manifest V3 requirements: We’ve overhauled our codebase not only to align with these standards but also to enhance security and efficiency. The new code is designed to be even more secure and resource-efficient, utilizing minimal system resources. 3. Introducing SVG export capability: Responding to frequent requests, we’re excited to add the option to export graphics in SVG format, offering more versatility and quality in image handling. Update on Jan 26, 2024: We extend our heartfelt thanks to the Chrome Web Store team for their prompt approval of version 10.2.3. We're optimistic that the permission warning issue has been resolved. Our team is diligently addressing bug fixes and we'll be submitting an updated version shortly. We understand that the review process by the Chrome Web Store team requires time, and we greatly appreciate your patience. Since 2012, we have been committed to developing this extension, and we take pride in being one of the few on the Chrome Web Store that does not request additional permissions. Rest assured, we are dedicated to maintaining this standard indefinitely. IMPORTANT Update on Jan 23, 2024: This extension does NOT need to read any of your data. That is what we have always been proud of! The erroneous consent popup was a mistake when we updated from MV2 to MV3. It occurred simply because we used a template manifest.json code. We have already submitted a new version, 10.2.3, to solve this issue. The Chrome Web Store will need some time to review the latest submission, so please kindly wait for our latest update to be released. Sorry for the inconvenience. ❤️❤️❤️
