This extension is slow and frustrating. Also, customer service is really rude. Bad experience overall.

I have used Amzpecty for about 5 months now and I can't imagine being without it. It saves me so much time as I review the competition every morning to help prepare a report for my business partners. This tool makes it easy to see the competition and their estimated units. I needed help at the set up and customer service was very responsive. Recently I emailed about and issue and quickly received a call from Michael who patiently answered all my questions. This is a tool I will continue to use and share with my networking groups.
I really find value in this software but I am having technical difficulty and Amzpecty's support is outstanding, they are quick to respond even at 11:25pm.
Excellent tool for Amazon FBA and Online Arbitrage
Not working well. The main listing flashes on then off and disappears. I suggested feedback to developers and they aren't open to my feedback and suggestion that will make the extension amazing.
