I also was kicked out of the test multiple times. Had to go through the process of showing my workspace, ears, wrists, phone, etc. every time I launched the test again. Super frustrating. Did not even get a result at the end and had to call tech support again to get my results. I would have tested in person if I would have known it was going to be this difficult.

yikes. The proctors themselves were fine, but the program randomly kicked me out while was taking my test and wouldn't let me relaunch to rejoin for a few minutes, super stressful!!!!

So, was scheduled to take my exam today. That didn't f*c*ing happen!!! I am so angry. I cannot afford to pay for the exam again right now. This stressed me out more than the exam. I ran the compatibility test I needed to run before my exam and everything checked out. So, for 45 minutes before my test I had to fiddle with this because it kept failing the system check. There is no one to contact that I could find as I was frantically looking for help!! I am beyond angry.

Probably the most stress inducing testing method I have taken. The system crashed three times while I was taking the test. Each time I had to "re-certify" my environment and I was asked to show different things each time. I went through my test twice to make sure all of the questions were answered because I did not trust that my answers were saved. I would have rather gone in person to complete my test.

Worst exam experience I've ever had. I got booted like 5 times just because their systems kept crashing and they couldn't see my screen even though everything showed as working on my end and they then tried to blame it on my internet even though I did a check and mine was fine. I had to keep redoing the verifications process even when I had finished the exam and just needed to press submit. What should have only taken me about an hour, would up taking almost 2 1/2.

This has to be the worst proctored exam I have ever taken and I have taken many before. It kept crashing and so I had to log in several times to take it which cuts your time. On my third time trying to connect, my proctor was not letting me pass the pre-system checks even though the previous 2 times I did, which caused stress and they were asking about every minor detail which was clearly wasting my time. I get on the exam after a while for the third time and I was not allowed to put my hand on my face? Mind you, at this point it is 4 am when I am taking the test. If you can avoid using this website, please do.

This is my second exam with psi and there is alway an issue. Its hard to log in to get to the live proctor. when i final did, (my first exam), In the middle of showing the area the connection has disconnected. I had to call the PSI technical support in order to get back on. It took the guy that was helping a long time to get me back on( causing me in a state of anxiety and stress) because I taught I was going to miss my exam. but I pass that one thank God. My second exam just now was a hot mess. I got cut off in the middle of doing the exam. and again toke me awhile to get back on. then I had to rush through it, so i'm praying to God i pass this one as well. TRULY AN STRESSFUL AND HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Hopefully they fix the problems.
