That was a horrible experience, the nit picking about stuff that wasn't in my reach was very unnecessary, amongst other things like a hair tie being at the desk, and a trash can i had to get out of my chair and move. Listen to the ratings, this was horrible
horrible..... makes it almost impossible to do on a desk top (not everyone owns one) and then it feels like a way to scam people out of $130 when you get kicked out fix this and fix the proctors attitude

kicked out three times and had to keep showing my enivornment
If i could do no stars i would, by far the WORST experience while testing i have ever experienced. Apparently my dogs couldn't even be in room and they barked the WHOLE TIME. Mind you they wouldn't even let me quiet them or say anything to them. I hate this site and the people!
I got kicked out for a camera view that went upside down due to the proctor continuously asking to view my area. Then I was told I couldn't chew gum, read out loud or rest my hand on my chin. "no covering your mouth" or "speaking out loud to yourself". That is truly ridiculous. People sometimes need to chew gum to concentrate, read out loud and touch your face, chin etc has been proven to be a thinking reaction. If you can see and hear everything that is happening why be so strict? Not a great experience. It made me more fidgety and nervous that I was going to do something and get decline my right to continue and obviously it could show in my results. Very disappointing.
it worked
i got kicked out about 7 times and because my webcam wasnt showing but there was no issue. I had to call the help center and he was very nice, but when he transferred me to the service line to re-schedule the lady was rude and short with me. I asked her if i should leave the test or continue... she just rudely said my name and told me that it is my decision and would put in a request. i finally finished my exam OVER 4 HOURS LATER even though its only around under 2 hours.
Kicked out multiple times. had to do reverification every time. The proctor didn't answer questions.
