Less secure and functional than the old version which worked locally and you could sign in without a browser window open. The old version was better at autofill. The mouse pointer is offset and I can't click on half the app like the settings icons or the scroll bar. Norton has been moving ever further towards self-marketing bloatware. Identity Safe was the thing that kept me on board. I have bought 10 years or more of Norton subscriptions. No more subscription renewals after this garbage.
Occasionally there are issues, but a call to customer service handles it quickly - Been using it for many years and absolutely swear by it - Just changed malware remover, had some problems, but the whitelist works! Love the new format! Use it with Chrome and Internet Explorer - No Issues
I absolutely hate that I can NOT copy and paste the vault password to open it. Because it's a password vault I have a very long complicated password and this stupid thing forces me to type it in every time! No matter what I have tried I must type it. That reason alone will make be get rid of it as soon as I find another option that works for me.

It is now so slow I time out before the Vault can open. Awful enhancement.
it used to work great now they changed it. the passwords aren't always right, when you do sign in,a pop up asks if you want to save your new password. pop ups all the time. they took the vault off of the toolbar, some drop down thing, which doesn't work. all messed up. i am cancelling norton. they ruined a good product.
This version of identity safe really sucks I don't know what you people did to it to make it not work? When my subscription is up I will be finding something else beside norton.
Where are my passwords?
This last update has made it more of a challange in Chrome. Still works great in Int. Explorer. I just don't use IE often. I do not like the new version. Tags are useless. Would prefer toolbar in chrome.
