MUITO CONFUSO. Eu tenho minhas senhas e quero conserva-las.
I have used Norton for years, but I am also testing iObit set of utility and protection programs. If I have to log in and enter Vault and sometime Norton account passwords so dang often might as well not use it. Would be better if the vault would at least stay open for a while, then I would not have to constantly be entering Norton passwords! I do not appreciate the default settings for auto renewals either. Send an email and TRUST YOUR CUSTOMERS TO RENEW YOUR PRODUCT !!! Give us the basic trust you want us to give Norton products. Norton renewed my product when I was sick and billed my account over $120 dollars. I am old veteran on Social Security and the unexpected draw on my small checking account almost forced an over draft. I did get the money back but it was an extra worry for an old man. l stopped using NORTON for year. I have only recently decided to try Norton Security and Norton Utilities again. These two problems are my only concern with Norton. Every protection and utility works GREAT! Thanh you for your time. cs
When it works it works great. Been using a year and the last 3 months I have to uninstall and reinstall to get to work. When you go to sign in it says "having a problem" I try everything but no luck but a reinstall fixes. I recommend to use something else for, I'm one more reinstall away from switching
I'm not able to sign in on the password manager extension on chrome. It always say " something went wrong, please try again later ". Its frustrating!
forgot my vault password and cant recover it, went to suppot chat and kazi wasn't any help at all, time to give norton the flick !!!!
SERIOUS unresolved interoperability issues that I've reported AT LEAST 5 times during the PAST YEAR. PROBLEM-ISSUES involve the below two Apps/Extensions. PROBLEM occurs on the NPW Mobile App "disregarding" my selection/config Change that the NPW is to me "indefinitely" logged in. Norton Password Manager (Mobile for Android Phone/Tablet;VER-xyz); Norton Password Manager Chrome browser extension (VER-xyz). What happens AFTER NPW Mobile App "decides" to arbitrarily do this is that: * You CAN NOT use your PIN ...yet * You must use your "My Norton.Net" USERNAME/PW
