yes... I agree that Norton has become a nightmare. I never know if Password Manager will work or not. there's no support, they don't even bother to give you an "error code". but you certainly get a lot of advertisements! I'm about done with Norton.

Norton has become a nightmare. The phone number posted in this review no longer works. They gladly take your money, but have no interest in helping customers when they're locked out of their Password Manager. We're on our own. Good luck.
Just like everyone else has posted, Password Manager is useless and now....so is Norton!-the best thing about Norton WAS password Manager and it cannot be used any longer (I have tried everything)!
restarted computer, but the password manager not working. very inconvenient timing.
No longer works. Sends unlock to phone, but doesn't do anything after approving.
locked out always used finger print to log in, cant recover need help
I cannot access my password manager, please fix the problem
I have also issues with my password manager, can not access it or talk to a live agent to resolve it. This problem needs your prompt attention and fixed ASAP.
