It seems all subscription based software applications are spinning aimlessly down the proverbial toilet. Password mgr rarely asks to save a password and tonight I can't even get the login prompt to access the client.
I had issues about two weeks ago but by persevering I got it to work for me. First I suggest you uninstall/delete the app and then reinstall and sign in. Secondly, if you continue to have issues then sign out of Norton BEFORE closing your chrome browser or switching off your PC/laptop. When you go back in simply sign-in again and it should work as it's designed to. Since I have started to sign out of the extension it works perfectly.
I find Norton Password Manager very cumbersome to use, AND it doesn't always save my passwords! Will look for something else.
Quit working. Shows no passwords saved and will not save when I do put in info. Had saved passwords before update but nothing now.
Stopped working 2 weeks now still not fixed

Nie mam pojęcia skąd te negatywne komentarze. Dodawanie nowych kont logowania bez zarzutu. Odblokowanie managera na laptopie poprzez aplikację na telefonie bez zarzutu. Jeżeli u kogoś to nie działa to bardziej wina operatora , nie aplikacji. U mnie wystarczy , że z danych przełączę na wifi i po kłopocie. Stąd wnioskuję, że wina leży po stronie połączenia internetowego
