Vault unlock takes 5 to 10 minutes or more to unlock on my wife and mother's computer and sometimes never after rebooting, turning the extension on and off several times. Why? I'm signed in on all 3 computers. I'm using Win 11 software with 16gb of ram. This is unacceptable, and frustrating. How can I fixed this, I'm a computer engr. My Mom lives 5 miles away, and she can't check her bank acct, or order medications, etc. Please fix this. I'm running Google chrome, same problem im MSFT edge.

Where are all my stored passwords? The update they did was totally useless! Where is it???
The app used to work just fine up to May 2024. Then, everything changed and I have to spend at least 30 minutes of my life every day to make it work (sometimes even more ...). I have chatted with Norton's agents and they seem to be fixing it for a day, at the most. Then, it starts playing the same tricks on me. I see that there are many other people out there that have the same problems as I do. I, also, see that the app is given a low 2.9/5 average ranking. APPARENTLY, THIS IS TOTALLY FINE WITH THE NORTON DEVELOPERS ... ESPECIALLY GIVEN THE FACT THAT WE ARE PAYING THE HIGHEST SUBSCRIPTION IN THE MARKET ... IT SEEMS THAT THESE PEOPLE HAVE NO RESPECT FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS ... WHICH, OF COURSE, SAYS SOMETHING ABOUT THE ETHOS OF THE COMPANY ...
After spending 45 minutes to find out where it went on the "revised" Norton 360, it seems to work okay. Time will tell. At first glance, I prefer the old set up better. Easier to get at.
I find it very difficult to search the other devices I have put on this security. Any new way to check their security?

Once you have got this app set up. it works a treat. It works like a dream now. I really am genuinely pleased. A great secure PWM. Thank you Norton!
I have to restart chrome to get this thing to finally kick in and send a code to my phone. Which means I have to close all the tabs for my work, disconnect from work calls, just to get my passwords for things we need. It's an absolute embarrassment for anyone in a work environment. I thought they would fix this issue a year ago. But it has never been fixed. And seems to only get worse as time goes on. Because now I have to restart my phone too.
