Since a lot of people are saying that this isn't working. It's not the extension that's causing this, it's chrome. If you look at the date of the last update it's November 2020, there has been many updates of chrome since then and chrome got rid of flash which this tweak most likely uses thus it's not loading the settings at all. It does work if you are able to downgrade chrome to a version before January 2021.
