This extension adds a button to your browser toolbar. Click the translate icon whenever you want to translate the page you're visiting.

The extension also automatically detects if the language of a page you're on is different from the language you're using for your Google Chrome interface. If it is, a banner appears at the top of the page. Click the Translate button in the banner to have all the text on the page appear in the new language.

I need an automatic translator, but this makes you select the text before it will tell you what it says in your chosen language. I would like ALL text automatically translated without having to select it.

Ich kann damit keine Webseite übersetzen. Es ist immer nur die Rede von Text auswählen. Aber ich will einfach mit _einem_ Mausklick eine _ganze_ Webseite übersetzen. Eigentlich sagt die Google Chrome Hilfe, dass man gar kein Addon braucht, weil auf der rechten Seite der Adressleiste ein Icon sein soll, womit man übersetzen kann. Das ist aber meistens nicht da und das Addon kann das Icon leider nicht ersetzen. Was macht der chrome User dann? Er sucht sich umständlich im Netz eine Alternativlösung mit Anleitung, Reddit sei Dank. Liebe Chrome-Entwickler, ich verstehe Euch oft nicht.
