The extension also automatically detects if the language of a page you're on is different from the language you're using for your Google Chrome interface. If it is, a banner appears at the top of the page. Click the Translate button in the banner to have all the text on the page appear in the new language.

Super! Mais s'active même sur une page dans ma langue, c'est agaçant. La fonction "Ne pas traduire les pages en (telle langue)" est difficile à trouver. Devrait toujours être dans la section Options. De plus, il faudrait pouvoir ajouter une 2e langue préférée. (Langue maternelle:_, 2e langue préférée:_.)(Je suis franco mais j'aimerais ajouter l'anglais. Il y a des sites en chinois qui ne se traduisent qu'en anglais. Des fois, je comprends mieux un site techno en anglais, car sa version officielle en français est de moindre qualité. Etc.) Merci beaucoup pour cette extension très pratique: je l'ajoute dans tous mes navigateurs! :-)

打开“我的电脑”，打开C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc这个目录文件夹，找到hosts文件，双击hosts文件打开方式选择用“记事本”打开。再复制 220.181.174.162 translate.googleapis.com 粘贴到hosts文件内文末，保存关闭hosts文件就完成了
Guys if the length of max selectable character limit is not enough for your work then apply these steps; 1. download the Google Translate extension's files via zip // you can do this with crx extractor/downloader chrome extension 2. open the zip file and open bubble_compiled.js file with any text editor 3. press ctrl + f and write 250 // 249 is the limit of max character 4. change 250 to 9999 and save the file // dont change anything except 250 5. open chrome and extensions page 6. Drag and drop the zip file you modified to chrome's extensions page //Since we are installing the extension from the computer's own files, we should not change the location of the extension. So choose a better location for the extension and then add it to chrome
