This extension adds a button to your browser toolbar. Click the translate icon whenever you want to translate the page you're visiting.
The extension also automatically detects if the language of a page you're on is different from the language you're using for your Google Chrome interface. If it is, a banner appears at the top of the page. Click the Translate button in the banner to have all the text on the page appear in the new language.

I've never used anything other than Chrome OS from a 2017 Lenovo that was $100 brand new to a Acer 516 GE that was $649 with a gen 12 i5 Intel processor and Google translate has never failed me. it's actually quite surprising how accurate it can be especially in Hebrew with niqqudoth and Koine Greek. It's obviously not perfect but it's been great. Probably would have been better than Hort and Westott or Aland and Nestle.

If I use Chromebook, Google Translate does not work - Error message: this page could not be translated.
Fixed When I upgraded Chrome yesterday, the extension has partially stopped working. Error message: this page could not be translated. Everything worked great until the Chrome upgrade. Restarting Chrome solved the problem.
As always your translater didn't work. Can you resolve it?
