amazing app! recommend this
There are two "features" in the updated chrome: 1 search result is shown in side panel; 2 the current page content is added to the search. I haven't found the option to turn off these "features" yet. This extension is a great save. Fuxk whoever PMs or SWEs in Google forces these "features" in.
This is a dream come true; Edge has sustained so much unpleasantness in their updates lately I stopped caring about finding any workarounds. This may or may not be something you can do easily or might be a simple code modification; I have no experience with API code or practical programming experience but if it's something I can ask: could you do me the kindness of assembling a version of your extension that tab-searches Google Canada (google.ca) rather than the standard Google.com, even if it's an unpacked version requiring Developer Mode to be active, that you could send to me directly?
I wish this was an unnecessary plugin... but here we are. Works Great! You're the best!!!
back to how things used to be :)
Yes! I'm not a fan of the search for opening in the side bar, this extension is a lifesaver!
