Edit, duplicate, export to CSV, or delete groups anytime. When composing an email in Gmail, just start typing the group name and select it to auto-fill all recipients at once.

Email Templates Save email templates with a subject line and body content you use frequently. When composing a new email, type the template name in the subject field and select it. The subject and email body are filled in automatically. Perfect for follow-ups, outreach, newsletters, onboarding emails, and recurring updates.
