Absolute waste of money. It doesn’t work properly with either regular YouTube or YouTube Music Premium. It constantly glitches and repeatedly fails to play the next song in a playlist — which is literally the most basic thing it should be able to do. To make matters worse, I couldn’t even get a refund. €5 completely wasted. Do not buy the Premium version. It’s unreliable, frustrating and absolutely not worth the money.

works great overall, although it needs some work on the timing, especially when the early start and fade duration are short and close to each other. Sometimes the next song loads in on the old tab at full volume for a split second before the tab closes. Sometimes the next song will play at full volume for a split second at the start, so you hear a blip. It seems like the previous song doesn't start fading until the new song is playing, so if you set a 7 second fade, and it takes 3 seconds for the new song to start playing, the previous song will play for an extra 3 seconds before it starts fading out. It would be good if it could open the new tab muted like 10 seconds before the early start trigger, that way the timing wouldn't be affected by the load time.

Does not work. Trying to play a playlist at a party and it keeps closing/opening new windows, replaying songs as soon as they're done, and forcing the youtube music playlist to be videos. Can this be fixed?

Game changer. Smooth transitions with no gaps and feels like a real mix. super easy to use and works amazing. If you don't want to deal with ads I suggest YouTube premium or AD blocker.

The extension isn't perfect and still glitches a lot, but it glitches less with high settings. Here are the main issues and my experience: •Fade Duration is poorly implemented: lowering the seconds (e.g. to 5-10s) mutes the current song way too early (cuts useful audio at the end), instead of just shortening the overlap toward the actual end of the track. You have to leave it at 20s (maximum) to avoid muting seconds of music. •Sometimes it takes too long to close the old tab/song: the new song already sounds good on new tab, but the previous one keeps playing (sometimes even starts playing causing the same song overlapping) until it closes later. Closing the old tab much faster would help a lot. •Crossfade on Skip: confusing name and doesn't work well (seems to only apply to the extension's own next buttons, not when manually selecting another song from the list). It causes a lot of glitches (double audio, ignores fade, not even playing anymore, volumen high-low jumps). Better to leave it OFF always; for manual skips it's faster to open new song/video with mouse-wheel-click and switch tabs and close the old one yourself. •Screen flickering when switching tabs: it's the most annoying and makes it feel glitchy/sketchy, even if audio keeps flowing. If you're on a secondary browser window it will jump to the YouTube one. Would be better something like loading the next song in the background (e.g., hidden/iframe/offscreen precache, small invisible window, or background audio only) so no visible tab switch happens at all. until we click manually the tab and load it if needed, or something that can touch/update tabs without bringing them to the foreground/bringing the tab to the front (fast flickering). •Most stable setup (semi-stable, zero silences in autoplay): Trigger Time 30s (stable precaching), Fade Duration 20s (maximum overlap without early muting). Start new sound without any fade would be useful to be able to toogle it on/off. •Almost stable except for some ocacionally "stopped playing new vid at all" bug. With this it plays continuously without pauses, but the tab-closing delays, premature fade muting, and manual skip glitches need fixes. Thanks for considering improvements. I’m giving it 5 stars because this extension has the potential to be extremely useful once the glitches are fixed—great concept for seamless YouTube playlists, this feature should already exist. Thank you.
