PixelHush — Auto-blur sensitive data during screen recording

Stop leaking API keys, passwords, and tokens on stream.

PixelHush automatically detects when you start recording your screen and instantly blurs sensitive data on any web page — no manual action required. When you stop recording, everything returns to normal.

How it works

The extension uses the Screen Capture API to detect when screen recording begins. At that moment, it scans visible page content and applies a blur overlay over any text matching known sensitive patterns — API keys, JWT tokens, passwords, secret keys, environment variables, and more.

Your data is never sent anywhere. All processing happens locally in your browser.
