Missevan does not natively support non-Chinese subtitles for Chinese audio dramas. This extension allows users to load local subtitle files (SRT, LRC, CSV) or auto-load community-hosted subtitles to display on the player.

1. User navigates to a Missevan audio player page. 2. Extension injects a 'Select sub file' button and a subtitle display area. 3. User can either (a) select a local subtitle file to load, or (b) the extension auto-fetches a subtitle from a community GitHub map if one exists for that episode. 4. Subtitles are synchronized with the audio playback time and displayed on the page. 5. User can customize subtitle colors via a palette button.

Target users: Listeners of Chinese audio dramas on Missevan who need non-Chinese (e.g., English) subtitles / Fansub translators and subtitle contributors for Chinese audio dramas

The analysis is based on static source code only. We did not test the extension in a live browser environment. Whether Missevan.com requires login to access the player page (and thus indirectly requires login for the extension to be useful) was not verified through live testing.
