The Eisenhower Matrix divides tasks into four quadrants based on their importance and urgency. These quadrants are:
Important and Urgent: Critical tasks that require immediate attention. They are usually related to looming deadlines, pressing issues, or important issues that require immediate action.
Important but Not Urgent: Tasks that are crucial to achieving long-term goals, but don't have an imminent due date. These items must be planned and prioritized to prevent them from becoming urgent in the future.
Urgent but Not Important: Tasks that require immediate attention but do not significantly contribute to achieving important goals and objectives. These tasks can often be delegated or eliminated to free up time for more relevant activities.
Not Important and Not Urgent: Tasks that have little or no value in relation to important goals and objectives. These tasks are often distractions or activities that can be put off or eliminated altogether.

Very useful and simple extension! My only suggestion would be a way to delete tasks on the Kanban setting.
Inicialmente achei simples, mas passei usar frequentemente e está me ajudando muito com tarefas diarias e rotineiras.... melhorou ainda mais com o kanban.... simples e objetivo. Não entendi ainda o icone do pomodoro, que me parece que vão implementar.... vai ficar muito bom. Continuem melhorando a ferramenta. Muito bom

Great and simple app, I also have this question at first, how to delete a completed tasks? It looks like, after you checked the tasks completed, and refresh the page, the completed task would be erased completely. Would be nice to have: the user checks the box, it will automatically moved to under "completed task", and we have the freedom to remove all completed tasks or just hide them. Would be good for habits tasks that you do everyday, so you just check and unchecked.
I was looking for a minimalistic app to help me sort out my day-to-day tasks with a few toggles. It is easy, quick and shows on first glance. The only thing is.. How do you delete tasks that you have completed, there is only the add button. Having to scroll is a disadvantage. Maybe have an option to create a task-list first and then distribute it to the particular segment.
The Eisenhower Matrix Chrome Extension is simply fantastic! His intuitive and visual approach to task prioritization has been an invaluable help in increasing my productivity. I recommend without a doubt!
