FEMA — Your private, secure conception support extension and female health diary.

FEMA is a browser extension designed to serve as a conception support, track your menstrual cycle and help you on your journey to motherhood and building a happy, loving family while keeping every piece of data under your control. It never uploads your personal information to the cloud. All records stay encrypted and stored locally on your device, invisible to third parties and safe from tracking or data profiling.

The extension centers a clean, intuitive menstrual cycle calendar. You can view current, previous, and upcoming days at a glance, with period days and cycle phases highlighted for quick reference. The calendar supports quick entry and review of daily notes, symptoms, mood, energy, sleep, temperature, weight, and other health observations. Entries remain accessible through the calendar, and you can export your data in non-encrypted CSV format for personal use or to share with a healthcare professional.

Beyond tracking, FEMA provides a private space for your personal health story. You can log menstruation details, cervical fluid observations, physical symptoms, emotional wellbeing, sexual activity, and personal reflections—all valuable information for understanding when you're most fertile and how your body works throughout your cycle. All notes are private and easily reviewed when hovering over days in the calendar. The app emphasizes privacy and control, allowing you to dissociate health data from any online accounts and ensuring there is no data sharing without your explicit action.

Educational content helps you learn more about menstruation, your cycle, and fertility to support you as you prepare for pregnancy and nurture your health. You'll find concise guides on cycle phases, nutrition relevant to different cycle days, and when it might be important to seek medical advice. The extension also curates trusted health resources and gently filtered product suggestions relevant to your health and femininity.

Security and privacy are at the heart of FEMA. Every record is locally encrypted, there is no online account, and your password never leaves your device. Only you can access and, if needed, remove or export your encrypted data to a common, non-encrypted csv format. Your password is never stored; if the password is lost, recovery isn't possible, there is no password reset option and your data cannot be recovered, ensuring your information remains encrypted and private.
