Mit "Better Admin for Shopify" spare ich mir endlich die immer wieder gleichen Klicks - oder das mühsame händische Bearbeiten von URLs. Für mich ist es vor allem in der Variantenbearbeitung sinnvoll und ermöglicht mir einen schnelleren und präziseren Überblick.
A Solid Must-Have for Shopify Admin Efficiency If you’re sick of clicking through a million menus just to find what you need on Shopify—Better Admin for Shopify is a downright lifesaver. This extension adds a customizable sidebar, quick links, and even highlights zero-stock variants in red so you don’t miss a beat. It's like giving your Shopify admin a much-needed energy shot! What I find particularly clever: The sidebar stays open even after an accidental click on the "X"—small tweak, big time saver. Order pop-ups now show the number of orders placed by a customer, plus neat links to draft orders and customer profiles—smooth as butter. Product pop-ups offer net‑sales-over‑time, variant-level info, links to all related orders or metafields, and even flag zero-stock variants in red. It’s not magic, but it might as well be. And yes, you can export and import your configuration—goodbye repetitive setup. The developer (we convert! GmbH, all the way from Berlin) keeps the updates coming—late August 2025 brought a flurry of improvements. And as a nice bonus, they’re EU‑compliant and don’t collect or sell your data. Finally a bulk editor function for my shopify admin panel. It is such a simple tool which makes my life easy and my work more efficient. I am impressed how fast new functionality has been added by the Better Admin Tool Team. Thank you for all the hard work and I am excited to explore more soon.
Sehr praktisches Tool, wenn man mit vielen unterschiedlichen Produktgruppen arbeitet, für die es jeweils eigene Metafelder gibt. Damit kann man sich vorab für jede Produktgruppe die relevanten Metafelder aussuchen, abspeichern und bei der nächsten Bearbeitung schneller und gezielter die passenden Metafelder aufrufen. Das spart Zeit und schont die Nerven. Meiner Meinung nach ein Pflicht-Toll je größer der Shop ist und je mehr Produkte man anbietet.
"Better Admin for Shopify" ist das Tool, auf das ich gewartet habe. Es optimiert den Admin-Bereich genau an den richtigen Stellen. Die anpassbare Navigation macht häufig genutzte Funktionen sofort zugänglich und die intelligenten Einblendungen sparen unzählige Klicks. Der Workflow wird dadurch spürbar flüssiger und die Arbeit geht deutlich schneller von der Hand. Wer professionell mit Shopify arbeitet, sollte diese Erweiterung unbedingt installieren. Eine riesige Hilfe im Arbeitsalltag!
