An extension like that was needed for a long time and CommentSync has met the need perfectly for me. Before I started to use this extension, I would not understand which moment on the video any comment was referring to unless they added a timestamp but this extension ended that.You can also select which corner the comments are going to appear which is also a nice feature.
CommentSync is a brilliant concept that enhances the YouTube viewing experience. Being able to see comments synced with video playback in real time adds a whole new layer of engagement. The animations are smooth and the comment popup positioning options are a nice touch. It works reliably across different video types and the interface stays clean without being intrusive. Great extension for anyone who loves reading comments while watching.
This is a really good extension and works very well. The animations are also smooth and nice. Just one small feature request: since you already provide an option to change the position of the comment popup, it would be great if you could also add options to adjust its size and font size. The timed comment popup text looks a bit small, and zooming the page makes everything else too big. Having separate controls for popup size and font would be very helpful. Overall, a great extension. Thank you!
Tested this on a random video and can't believe this actually works! Really great idea by the author. Why isn't this feature built into YouTube by default? 🤣
