this is almost useful, if you're a power user. It uses a different JSON format than Chrome native bookmarks so you need to be familiar with editing that unless you intend to start your bookmarks bar from scratch. I would still give it five stars even so, but it seems there's a significant bug where if I have bar A open on PC 1 and bar A open on PC 2, when I swap bars on PC 1 it does not swap the bars on PC2 correctly and seems like it tries to replace bar A on PC 2 with bar B from PC 1. If there's a github to contribute to I would love to take a look.
