This extensions allows boosting or lowering tab volume up to 800% on a per website basis. That means a volume configuration is associated with a particular website, is saved that way and will change for two or more tabs displaying the same website.

Unfortunately, due to API limitations, whenever a new tab is open the extension needs a user interaction to activate. That interaction can be in the form of clicking the icon or pressing the shortcut Alt + Shift + S.
