Are you tired of losing hours to the endless feed? Say hello to DoomStop, your personal social media discipline assistant designed specifically to break the cycle of Twitter/X doomscrolling.
Instead of arbitrary daily blocks that you reset or ignore, DoomStop introduces a focus-driven Session and Break (Deep Work) timer. You choose how long you want to browse, and you choose how long you need to step away. Once your browsing session ends, DoomStop steps in to keep you on track.
✨ HOW IT WORKS:
1. Set Your Limits: Choose your Session Duration (time allowed on Twitter, e.g., 10 minutes) and your Break Duration (time blocked from Twitter, e.g., 1 hour).
2. Start the Timer: Open Twitter and click "Start Session".
3. Browse Mindfully: A sleek, glowing countdown tooltip will gently pulse in the corner when you have 30 seconds left.
