The worst Xactimate product ever. If I could give less than 1 star I would.
It's xactimate, what'd you expect? It' terrible but you don't have a choice and they know it.
Have to reinstall this multiple times a month. Now the link isn't working and I cannot access software to do my job today. Hate this.
I have to remove and reinstall everyday in order for it to work. Very annonying.
This program sucks. For as much money as it cost business owners to use Xactimate we should not be having so many problems accessing it and spending so much time on the line with tech support to fix the same issue over and over and over and over again. Fix your issues so we don't have to keep paying the price please. 0 stars from me!
Everyday it tells me I need to download and install this in order to access my projects, only for it to say that it's already downloaded and installed. I called the support line and it was basically a dead end that said "Let us know if we can help" and then hangs up on you. What in the world is this!? What's the point of downloading it if downloading doesn't even solve the issue?
This sucks!!! It slows down production!!!!
Honestly this is the most garbage plug in ive ever had. half the time it doesnt even allow you to open the application. if you have chrome and plan on useing it with multiple tabs good luck. it will fail daily. for the price you think theyd get this right.
